(Senior) International IT Project Manager – Telco

General Responsibilities:
• Project management for carriers within Europe, including elaboration of customer requirements and specifications, project planning, implementation, delivery and acceptance testing.
• Definition and full control of project milestones.
• Management of knowledge transfer to customer, including development of project-specific documentation and training.
Your Profile:
• You have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Languages: English and German are mandatory; Arabic, French, Hindi, Russian and/or Spanish would be appreciated.
• Proven skills in project management: you are a strong organizational talent, are reliable and accustomed to taking full responsibility for your own projects.
• You have a strong technical background and don’t lose sight of ECT’s contractual obligations.
• You understand software development processes and are familiar with legacy and IMS network architecture as well as HTML, Java, SQL, VoiceXML, SS7, ISUP, INAP and SIP technologies.
• You have a masters degree in computer science or engineering and at least three years experience in product and/or project management at a telecommunications equipment vendor, web application provider, network provider, solutions integrator, or equivalent consultancy company.
• You are a positive individual with drive and ambition. You are used to working on your own initiative and have a hands-on mentality to make things happen and solve problems creatively.
