Concept Director
bei iconmobile GmbH in Berlin
We are looking for a Concept Director (m/f) at our Headquarters in Berlin.
- full time, permanent
- located in Berlin, frequent travelling to international locations required
- start date: as soon as possible
Your Tasks:
- Leading and mentoring the UX team
- Creating outstanding user experiences across multiple touchpoints (mobile/web/incar/set-top boxes)
- Co-ordination of resources to work on multiple projects for international clients
- Leading clients and and the UX team through the design process
- Leading and contributing to new business and pitch activities
- Creation of proposals, estimation for projects
- Leading client facing workshops
- Presenting concepts and UX-Solutions
- Assuring the quality of design deliverables within the UX/interaction team
- Delivering user experience related documents such as design documentations (e.g. guidelines,
styleguides, GUI standards, etc.)
- Supporting business development by actively creating opportunities to up-sell design activities within
ongoing projects
- Enhancement of internal/external processes to improve the overall workflow and quality
Your Profile:
- Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Architecture, Product
Design or comparable background
- Several years of cross-channel interface design experience
- Very good understanding of user centered design methods
- Solid experience in mobile concept design
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Very good command of the English language
- Excellent presentation skills
- Conceptual, strategical and out-of-the-box thinking
- High customer orientation, flexibility and very good self-organizational skills
- Proven leadership personality with a hands-on mentality
